Use of SIPA
SIPA is used to manage business operations including leads, customers, quotes, service orders, scheduling, invoices, payments, communications, and related records. Users are responsible for entering accurate information and using the application in compliance with applicable laws and business policies.
Quotes, Invoices, and Payments
Quotes, invoices, payment links, deposits, and balances shown through SIPA are provided by the business using SIPA. Payment terms, deposits, taxes, fees, and collection policies are determined by that business and may appear on the related quote, invoice, or service document.
SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing a mobile phone number or agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from SIPA or from a business using SIPA. Messages may include quote links, invoice payment links, appointment updates, scheduling information, service notifications, and related business communications.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to misuse SIPA, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use SIPA to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized communications.
Service Availability
SIPA may rely on third-party services such as hosting, email, text messaging, payment processing, and accounting integrations. Availability of those services may affect application features.
No Warranty
SIPA is provided for business management purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
